Tax Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related compliances and activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with domestic income tax regulations, including advance tax, TDS, tax audits, and returns.
  • Implementation of tax provisions to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance of TDS compliances, deposits, and returns in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • International tax management, including transfer pricing compliance and assessment.
  • Coordinating Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) filings, site visits, and compliance processes.
  • Mutual Agreement procedure (MAP) handling.
  • Litigation experience related to direct taxes, including CIT(A), ITAT, HC, and SC.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification with 5-7 years of experience in direct taxation in a manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively navigate complex tax environments.
