Drive business growth through strategic video storytelling

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive video strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning: Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards to ensure alignment with brand goals and performance metrics.
  • Production management: Oversee the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Crew management: Lead and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Shooting and directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Post-production: Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Quality control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Client and stakeholder communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad content and branded storytelling.
