Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to clients in the implementation and customization of Infor XA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and document technical solutions to customize Infor XA to meet client requirements.
  • Support clients across all Infor XA modules, providing expert-level guidance on system configuration, data integration, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop and implement customizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Infor XA, including knowledge of its architecture, functionality, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
