Real Estate Management Professional

This role involves managing real estate requirements across the region, ensuring timely completion of lease transactions and coordinating with local management teams to define project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and developing space requirements.
- Monitor and manage large construction projects from inception to completion.
- Build a strong team capable of delivering various real estate requirements.
- Develop relationships with developers, property consultants, and government officials to facilitate business growth.
- Conduct site surveys, financial analyses, and project management to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage landlord relations, negotiations, and contractor management.
Requirements:
- Significant exposure to industrial, commercial, and retail real estate asset classes.
- Proven transaction management experience with ability to close agreements and due diligences.
- Industry expertise and strong network of key players in the market.
- Strong knowledge of construction, budgeting, valuation, and scheduling of large construction projects.
- Asset management skills, including acquisition and disposition of assets and lease administration.
- Experience in team building and team management.
- Ability to monitor and control vendor relationships and external resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered Surveyors or RICS member.
