We are looking for a skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong working knowledge of Zoho Books for India entity bookkeeping.

The role involves record daily accounting entries, managing vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliations with accuracy. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance under senior accountant's guidance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts in Zoho Books (India) and supporting with QuickBooks (US entity) where required. The Junior Accountant will also prepare and reconcile bank statements, including foreign client payments for export transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

  • Exposure to QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools is an added advantage.
