Branch Operations Manager
  • We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the smooth rollout of new branches and ensure timely launches. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, be able to handle multiple stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of operational risk management.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including INM/TSG/HCM, to coordinate the launch of new branches and ensure that all tasks are completed within the allotted timeframe.
  • This role involves tracking hiring for new branches, handling INM issues for existing branches, and providing support for TSG projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collating branch master/MIS reports as needed.
  • A key aspect of this role is operational risk management, which includes tracking open Operational Risk points and monitoring BCP status for all branches. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to check and monitor pending Regulatory notices received at branches for Region.
  • The successful candidate will act as a Nodal Manager for SLBC (State Level Bankers Committee) and will be responsible for coordinating with Bank In-house SLBC team for getting quarterly data on Annual credit plan, Mudra Scheme, and Social Security Scheme. They will also attend meetings with District collector and LDM to review the above data.
  • This role requires daily involvement with GSMC & Network Team for link and outage issues for existing branches in the region. The successful candidate will also need to take initiatives in Process Changes Improvements Standardization Automations for reducing Infra and Technology issues & Regulatory risks.
  • The successful candidate will assist INM and TSG with local support required for Various Regional Projects and Branch roll out. They will also conduct thematic audits on behalf of RSDL and initiate Quality Initiative / Service Initiative / Cost rationalisation Initiative.
