Corporate Interior Design and Project Management Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Corporate Interior Design and Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior design and project management for corporate office projects across India.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office fit-outs / commercial interiors, preferably with a proven working experience as an Architect.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills, expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards is essential.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ or similar) are required, along with visual awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with at least 15+ years of experience, are necessary to ensure successful project execution.

About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our projects.
  • You will be responsible for material selection, preparation of mood boards & specifications, BOQ, working drawings, detailed construction documents based on site survey and finishes, creating and managing project schedules / PERT charts, conducting regular site visits, coordinating with vendors, monitoring on-site work to ensure quality, cost, and time compliance, performing quality checks, snag list preparation, ensuring completion before handover, validating site measurements, assisting in bill finalization, ensuring handover documentation, providing post-handover support for maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • Your expertise in three-dimensional thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills will help you effectively manage and deliver projects from concept to completion.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office fit-outs / commercial interiors, preferably with a proven working experience as an Architect.
