About this role:

This is an opportunity to work with a global talent platform that connects companies with remote software developers using AI-powered vetting and matching technology.

The company has evolved to support AI infrastructure and AGI workflows, offering services in model training, fine-tuning, and deployment—powered by their internal AI platform, ALAN, and backed by a vast talent network.

They have reported significant growth, driven by demand for annotated training data from AI labs, including major clients like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for German language-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content, including but not limited to: dialogue flows, user interface text, and documentation.
  • Work closely with LLMs and virtual assistants to create realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting standards and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and ability to model real-world assistant behavior.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the following 16 locales is required.

This is a contract-to-hire role, with immediate start possibilities available. Work will be performed remotely.
