Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including development and managed services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cloud strategy and migrations, data center hybrid cloud transformations/migrations and consolidations, EUC services design, transition, and delivery.
  • Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure, data center hosting and managed services, global software service delivery, program, project management, and IT service availability management and disaster recovery management compliant with ISO22301.
Focused Areas:
  • Project and Program Management: Manage complex projects and programs, including stakeholder management, best practices, and adding rigor and process to definition, implementation, and deployment.
  • Delivery Planning and Execution: Lead delivery planning and execution, governance, status reporting, risk and issues management, and budget tracking in partnership with the business, IT functional lead, and SDM functions.
  • Clients Liaison: Primary client liaison for technical and non-technical requests, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and direct teams on technical and functional aspects, drive transformation initiatives, automation, and efficiency.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Manage delivery excellence metrics, prepare periodic reports, and submit them to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in IT Delivery Management.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience managing large, complex projects and programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including interfacing with senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Center Management, Network and Application Infrastructure, End User Support, Helpdesk, and Desktop Management & Security.
