We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Regional Sales Manager and lead our sales operations in the South Region.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in multi-channel sales and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
  4. Analyze market trends and sales performance to refine strategies.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Strong experience in managing diverse sales channels.
  • Hands-on experience in managing sales operations across multiple states.
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG and Personal Care market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in driving sales processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
