Blockchain Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Blockchain Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital asset solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the evaluation and selection of systems for digital assets, blockchain-based systems, and tokenization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the evaluation and selection of systems for digital assets, blockchain-based systems, and tokenization technologies, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Blockchain Network Expertise: Assess and leverage different blockchain networks (public, private, and public permissioned) based on business needs, regulatory requirements, and technical capabilities.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital asset products, custody mechanisms, and the overall lifecycle of tokenized assets.
  • Industry Insight and Strategy: Keep abreast of trends in digital assets, custody, tokenization, and blockchain networks; assess regulatory impacts in different regions and advise on compliant solution architectures.
  • Vendor Evaluation and Management: Identify and assess SaaS and technology vendors in the digital asset and blockchain space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, compliance, and technology teams to ensure that solutions meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • End-to-End Solution Delivery: Oversee the implementation of digital asset solutions, managing timelines, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital Assets: Strong understanding of digital assets, including their creation, management, and trading.
  • Blockchain Networks: Experience with different blockchain networks, including public, private, and public permissioned networks.
  • Custody Mechanisms: Knowledge of custody mechanisms, including hot and cold storage, and wallet management.
  • Tokenization: Understanding of tokenization, including its benefits and challenges.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in evaluating and managing SaaS and technology vendors.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
