Job Overview

This role is a leader of leaders, responsible for the strategic planning and successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design sessions to design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
  • 12-18 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English language
