Job Title: Senior VMware & Wintel Administrator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with in-depth expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise-grade VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability infrastructure solutions that ensure performance and security across virtual and physical systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing high-availability infrastructure solutions on VMware and Windows Server environments.
  • Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of virtual and physical systems.
  • Managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Preferred Certifications:

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
