IT Recruitment Specialist

As a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee at Acuity IT Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a qualified pool of candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification of selected candidates.
• Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other recruitment events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create and update recruitment policies and procedures.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
