About the Role

vConstruct Private Limited seeks a Data Science Lead to drive business growth through data-driven insights and predictive modeling. As a key member of our Data Science and Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models using traditional data science methods and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models using traditional data science methods and Generative AI to improve key processes such as project execution, safety, and risk assessment.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business use cases and solutionize scalable technical solutions.
  3. Machine Learning Algorithm Development: Apply machine learning algorithms to improve key processes and develop predictive models.
  4. Predictive Model Deployment: Design, lead, and own end-to-end development of predictive models from hypothesis generation to deployment and monitoring.
  5. Staying Current: Stay current with advancements in data science and machine learning to leverage company data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
