Advanced AI Solutions Developer

The primary responsibility of a seasoned developer is to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge large-scale Generative AI solutions. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming language and ML/DL libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
Some key skills for success include:
- Strong proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML
- Deep knowledge of popular deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Understanding of LLM training/fine-tuning techniques, including LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and model output evaluation
- Experience with vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search
- Containerization and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment patterns
For consideration, candidates must possess:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning
- At least 2 years of experience in developing Generative AI solutions
