Job Description:

Vidhema Technologies is seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in designing the overall architecture of web applications, maintaining code integrity, and ensuring responsiveness and security.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for designing the overall architecture of web applications using the MERN stack, developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components, ensuring responsiveness and performance across various devices, and maintaining code integrity and organization.

Responsibilities:
- Design the overall architecture of web applications using the MERN stack.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Develop user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript libraries.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to convert designs into visual elements.
- Optimize front-end performance for seamless user experiences.
- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases.
- Write and optimize database queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Work with SQL databases like MySQL when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Use code versioning tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN) for code management and collaboration.

Requirements:
- Proficient in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment.
- Experience with code versioning tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN).
- Understanding of security and data protection principles.
- Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with graphic designers.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
