Job Title: Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our client in Pune, India.

The successful candidate will work on production support and application enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

Responsibilities include requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development, testing, and quality assurance of applications.

  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

Required skills include minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, Oracle Database 19c or above, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred skills include experience with Linux, PeopleSoft development tools, and HCM Tax Updates.
