We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our digital marketing team, with a strong focus on client engagement and project success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Project Manager:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for various digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

Oversee the execution of campaigns, coordinating resources and managing team members to meet project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including marketers, designers, and analysts, to achieve project goals and objectives.

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and effective communication, and ensuring that team members work together seamlessly.

Client Engagement and Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure that client needs are addressed.

Campaign Management and Analysis:

Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization and improvement.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client specifications and brand guidelines.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments throughout the project to identify and address any potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Budget Management and Financial Reporting:

Track project expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints, and providing financial reports to both clients and management.

Process Improvement and Professional Development:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to inform project strategies and client recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing with a focus on client engagement and project success.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional client service.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
