Job Title: Researcher - Psychometric Assessment

 

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Researcher to join our team, specializing in Psychometric Assessments.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Psychometrics and experience in data analysis.
  • This role involves taking ownership of new tool development, redesigning psychometric tools, and staying up-to-date with global research on psychometrics and organizational behavior.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and redesign psychometric tools that meet industry standards.
  2. Conduct primary and secondary research to inform assessment plans and tools.
  3. Collaborate with business teams to develop effective assessment strategies.
  4. Standardize psychometric tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  5. Communicate complex research findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

 

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Psychometrics.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical software like SPSS, AMOS & R.
  • Proficiency in IRT, NLP, text mining, and/or other quantitative methods is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
