Job Description:

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that aligns with our company voice and business goals.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing quality content such as blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content
  2. Staying updated on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management
  3. Working closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance
  4. Reviewing and editing content for clarity and consistency with company standards
  5. Applying basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and using analytics to guide improvements where possible
  6. Helping to coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is beneficial but not required
  • 1-2 years of content creation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management

Key qualifications also include:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • A basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
  • The ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines
