Project Manager Role

The ideal candidate will lead and guide a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover.

They will manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings, ensuring that the project is aligned to the client's design goals and striving for excellence in design.

Collaboration with team members, digital designers, and project stakeholders will be key to initiating design concepts and developing them to a detailed level.

Effective communication between the project team, clients, PMC, contractors, and consultants is essential to ensure all work is carried out to client requirements and delivering high-quality, timely products.

Complex technical and design issues will arise during the project, and the ideal candidate will anticipate and resolve these as they occur.

Providing design and technical guidance, and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges will also be a key responsibility.

Detailed design work on projects will require validation to ensure designs are sound.

Client coordination through periodic meetings will be necessary to ensure architectural needs and requirements are met.

Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships will also be crucial to success.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses.
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
