Dining Host

As a hospitality professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

• Set tables with linens, place settings, and decorations before meals to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Meet and greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver food and beverages to patrons in a timely and courteous manner, exceeding their expectations.
• Clean and reset tables after patrons finish dining and prepare them for the next group.
• Wash, sort, and polish dishes, glassware, and utensils after use to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Stock service stations, manage supplies inventory, and inform the manager of reordering needs to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with various tasks to prepare and break down for catering events, contributing to the team's success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
