Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with business objectives for all our group companies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Social Media strategies, crafting a roadmap with achievable leads, community growth, and website traffic.
  • Building a Social Media calendar for all Business Units (BU's).
  • Fine-tuning the narrative and positioning of each BU on social media aligned with business goals.
  • Building smart and inventive social media posts that resonate with our target audience, driving website traffic, and reaffirming the narrative.
  • Collaborating with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a strong digital presence.
  • Strategizing and managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Generating and analyzing weekly and monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identifying and measuring meaningful KPI's and thinking beyond vanity metrics.
  • Staying up-to-date with strong competition and industry trends research and implementations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media, Content, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Good experience in developing and managing content.
  • Understanding of Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social, zoho, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Profound knowledge of B2B niche domain approach and sales stages.
  • Previous experience in successfully mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
