Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Lead to create compelling visual content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

About the Role

The Visual Creative Lead will be responsible for creating engaging visuals, developing concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Strategy & Branding
    • Develop comprehensive design strategies to effectively communicate complex ideas and ensure brand consistency across various platforms.
    • Collaborate with teams to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences, including children, youth, and vulnerable road users.
  • Campaign Materials
    • Design high-quality materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful campaign strategies that drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling
    • Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Support the creation of compelling visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.
  • Digital Presence
    • Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and foster a strong online presence.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand image.
  • Media Production
    • Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library, showcasing the organization's work and impact.
    • Collaborate with external photographers and videographers as needed, ensuring high-quality visual content meets the organization's standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
