Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java and Python Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-time data analytics using Java and Python.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and high-performance applications using event stream processing and messaging systems.
  • Your expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs will be invaluable in this role.
  • You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; masters degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Java developer with a focus on event stream processing and real-time data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and stream processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Flink, Apache Kafka Streams).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) for storing and querying large datasets.
  • Able to write complex SQL queries for required data transformation.
  • CI/CD Pipeline using GCP DevOps
  • Expertise in data transformation using different data formats like csv, json, parquet etc.
  • Hands on experience in working in GCP platform and GCP event hub (Kafka like)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
