Job Title: Procurement Legal Counsel Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will provide proactive counsel on various procurement matters, including legal risk profile, information security concerns, privacy, internal systems integration dependencies, and artificial intelligence use cases. Your expertise will help us navigate complex vendor agreements and ensure compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance on procurement-related matters
2. Conduct reviews, prepare revisions, and negotiate vendor agreements
3. Facilitate communication between buyers and relevant stakeholders
4. Assist in the management of One Trust process/workflow
5. Develop training materials and advise internal stakeholders on procurement processes
6. Identify and implement process improvements to promote efficient workflows
7. Perform special assignments, strategic projects, or duties as assigned

Requirements:
1. Practicing attorney with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced software/technology company
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
5. Flexibility, open-mindedness, and a can-do attitude
