System Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with experience managing and monitoring servers, administering environments in cloud platforms, implementing and maintaining security systems, and automating administration processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise)
  • Administering environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability
  • Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security systems, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Automating administration processes (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines)
  • Monitoring networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security
  • Conducting periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance
  • Integrating and maintaining monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
  • Collaborating with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations
  • Managing access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust)
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar (not mandatory if experience is proven)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
  • Experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in blockchain and Web3
  • Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, RHCSA, CompTIA Security+)
  • Experience in FinTech or digital payments environments
  • Familiarity with quantum security and advanced cryptography
