Machine Learning Backend Developer

This role involves the development and maintenance of backend architecture, software engineering fundamentals, and applied machine learning expertise.

  • Develop robust backend systems and APIs to deploy and scale ML solutions, ensuring efficient performance and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Build scalable cloud-supported backend solutions using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS).
  • Implement machine learning lifecycle workflows from experiment tracking (MLflow/Kubeflow/DVC) to orchestration (Airflow/Prefect).
  • Contribute to end-to-end product development: data ingestion, preprocessing, model serving, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development
  • Design and develop scalable backend architectures for machine learning applications.
  • Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to ensure optimal system performance.
Machine Learning
  • Work with founding engineers to embed intelligent agents and predictive models into backend workflows.
  • Use predictive learning through machine learning algorithms to drive decision-making capabilities.
