Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a vital role in driving strategic growth. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process across the organization, collaborating with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Partner with accounting and business teams to drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial dashboards to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified accountant.
  • Post-qualification 6-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
