Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function, encompassing recruitment efforts, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to source candidates through various platforms and job boards, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential recruits.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top contenders for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, guaranteeing a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, preparing comprehensive orientation materials to ensure new employees feel welcome and informed.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, as well as administering the HRIS system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among team members.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Provide general administrative support, ensuring the office remains organized, tidy, and welcoming to guests and employees alike.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong interest in people development and organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, but not essential.
  • A working knowledge of Hindi is important, with local language (Kannada) being an added advantage though not compulsory.
