Senior CyberArk Developer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CyberArk Developer to design, develop, and implement CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating PAM with enterprise applications and automating processes to improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise in CyberArk components, API integrations, and automation scripting, along with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional security and IT teams.

CyberArk Solution Design & Development

  • Design, configure, and implement CyberArk PAM solutions to manage and secure privileged accounts.
  • Develop and maintain CyberArk policies, safes, platforms, and access control mechanisms.

& Automation

  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, IAM, MFA, ITSM tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Leverage CyberArk REST APIs, Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM) for custom development.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Java to improve operational efficiency.

& Compliance

  • Ensure CyberArk deployment aligns with security best practices, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
  • Perform regular assessments of PAM controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate compliance and audit reports for privileged account usage and access.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of IT security experience with minimum 4 years in CyberArk development and administration.
  • Hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core Privileged Access Security Suite including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
  • Strong development skills with CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with AD/LDAP, cloud environments, SIEM, IAM/MFA tools.
  • Solid understanding of information security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST).
