Release Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Release Management Leader to drive the end-to-end release journey of our AI product on Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive release plans, aligning stakeholders across Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams.
  • Build automation-first release pipelines on Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, Python) to streamline deployment and minimize risk.
  • Coordinate CAB reviews and release readiness checks to ensure seamless releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases.
  • Design and implement observability dashboards for real-time visibility into release health.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in release management (CAB meetings, Go/No-Go facilitation, stakeholder alignment).
  • Expertise in Google Cloud technologies (GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, Cloud Build).
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
