Financial Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated specialist to join our investment banking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain complex financial models for real estate investment trusts (REITs) and assets, including operating and non-operating cash flow modeling.
  2. Build and audit financial models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes.
  3. Conduct valuations for commercial real estate properties using the income capitalization approach, direct capitalization approach, and cost approach.
  4. Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity, and future development, FFO & CAD.
  5. Preset pitches, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents related to various industries.
  6. Perform M&A deal runs and target screenings using databases such as Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet.

Deliver high-quality results and meet project timelines to ensure client satisfaction.

Analyze data, perform quality control checks, and develop new capabilities/research products.

Demonstrate strength in client relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
