The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configuring and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is a plus.
