Job Title: Lead Engineer - Scalable AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the development of our scalable AI platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance backend infrastructure to support automation workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to drive technical execution and meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to company-wide decisions as a key member of the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.
  • Preferred: background in automation, agent-based systems, healthcare technology, or AI/ML infrastructure.
