We're seeking a seasoned Frontend Mastermind to lead our engineering team in developing high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing web applications. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, user-centric front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, visually compelling web applications.
  • Lead 2–3 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve their skills and knowledge in front-end development.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with React.js, state management libraries (Redux, etc.), and component-driven UI development.
  • Familiarity with design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments.
  • Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
