Medical Device Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Description


As a Medical Device Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with dealers to ensure thorough market penetration. Your goal will be to expand our reach to individual surgeons, hospitals, and nursing homes while managing and supporting dealers in the distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key dealers to promote our products.
  • Identify and build relationships with key surgeons and hospital management to influence product adoption.
  • Regularly interact with leading doctors and healthcare professionals to support product credibility and market leadership.
  • Organize regional workshops and marketing events to educate healthcare providers on our product portfolio.
  • Conduct training sessions for surgeons and medical staff.
  • Gather data on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with experience in the medical device industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
