About the Role:

As a Subject Matter Expert in Language, you will be working as an on-site consultant for India's National Assessment Centre.

Your primary focus will be to develop and review items for large-scale assessments and surveys administered to millions of learners worldwide.

You will also be responsible for leading the development of Holistic Progress Cards for Preparatory and Secondary Stage by PARAKH.

Furthermore, you will deliver capacity-building workshops to educators to implement evidence-centered teaching and assessment practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and review items for large-scale assessments and surveys
  2. Lead the development of Holistic Progress Cards
  3. Deliver capacity-building workshops
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in educational Measurement, English Literature, Linguistics, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or a closely related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience of working on learning assessment and developing content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • One or more years of experience in educational measurement, quantitative psychology, or teaching
