Job Title: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Project Accounts to manage project accounting and reporting for ongoing projects across India.

The candidate will be responsible for managing audits, monthly book closures, compliances, reconciliations, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Handling and managing accounting of assigned web shows/projects at various locations in pan-India.
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS & Maintaining Inventory report of shows
  • Preparation & Maintaining accounting, master sheet & other reports of assigned shows
  • Coordinating with production team, cashier, and external project auditor for smooth operations of shows
  • Handling and active involvement in negotiations for rates with vendor/crew along with Commercial & Audit team
  • Handling & managing all communications & information on deals & credit terms with vendors.
  • Managing Accounts Payable
  • Co-coordinating with crew members includes Writers, Creative, Artist, Director, Cameraman, and all technicians of show
  • Managing banking operations, fund management & online transactions
  • Ensure monthly provisions of expenditure & finalization of production accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory & internal audit requirements

  • Experience in Tally ERP 9, good knowledge of MS office
