We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager in Indirect Procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement data. They will also be involved in analyzing procurement trends, developing sourcing strategies, and implementing cost-effective procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
