Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in managing construction contracts from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely issue of notifications for changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Prepare contractual replies and requests to the employer for claim approval.
  • Coordinate with the project team to gather required details and prepare necessary inputs.
  • Ensure all claims are substantiated with contract entitlements in accordance with conditions of clause.
  • Work closely with the reporting manager and prepare additional reports as directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent certification courses.
  • 10-20 years of experience in cost management, communication, and contracts administration.
  • Familiarity with standard method of measurements and project commercial management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Effective cost management and communication skills.
  • Sound contracts administration and management skills.
  • Capable of monitoring cost control techniques.
  • Good at project commercial management skills.
