Job Description:
As a Lead Piping System Engineer, you will design and develop P&ID for new and existing manufacturing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. You will conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and recommend preventive measures. Additionally, you will perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop P&ID for new and existing manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to identify potential risks.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.


Requirements & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with relevant experience of 3-5 years. Proven experience working with mechanical systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry, is also essential. Proficiency in CAD software for design and simulation purposes is required. Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in the semiconductor industry is also necessary. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical components is a must. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
