Talent Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Talent Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, onboarding, and managing top talents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, be able to multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful Talent Manager will collaborate with influencers, creators, and celebrity talent to build strong relationships and drive successful partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and Onboard Talents: Develop a deep understanding of the creative industry and identify talented individuals who align with our brand values.
  • Maintain Talent Database: Create and manage a comprehensive database of talents, ensuring seamless access to their information.
  • Collaborate with Celebrity Talent: Work closely with celebrities and Category A talents to close associations and drive successful collaborations.
  • Monitor Projects: Utilize trackers to monitor projects for each talent, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage Collaborations: Oversee end-to-end collaborations and partnerships with talents, providing exceptional support throughout the process.
  • Coordinate Talent Payments: Liaise with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in any discipline is required, demonstrating the candidate's ability to learn and adapt.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations is necessary, showcasing the candidate's expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Multitasking Ability: The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is critical for delivering results under pressure.
