Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to independently manage international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive ad strategies, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client relationships, ensuring strong communication and consistent delivery of value.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee the development and launch of ad creatives, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize returns.
  • Budget Allocation: Strategically allocate ad spend to achieve optimal results.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine creative elements, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience managing large-scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
  • A strong background in managing international clients, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • The ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
