Process Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to lead our efforts in improving organizational processes. The successful candidate will drive a systematic and continuous approach towards enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating product quality.

This role will be pivotal in driving lean transformation, process standardization, and best practice implementation across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, and quality. The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, enabling teams to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and build a culture of operational excellence within the company.

The Process Excellence Manager will lead and implement structured Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across business processes. They will establish frameworks to measure process performance and track improvements. This will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implementing changes that drive significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

The manager will also focus on COGS ownership, partnering with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize COGS drivers. They will lead value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.

In addition, the Process Excellence Manager will develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes. They will benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our manufacturing and service models.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering. You should have proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.

You must possess analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
