Job Title: Machine Tool Specialist

About the Role:

  • Operate conventional lathes to manufacture precision components.
  • Have experience in manual machining and a strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances.
  • Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts.
  • Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process.
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area.
  • Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency.
  • Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar).
  • Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision.
  • Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential.
  • Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic.
