Senior GRC Operations Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to manage our GRC operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform including GRC modules
  • Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability
  • Support audits and compliance reporting
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
    • ServiceNow CSA
    • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
    • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus
