Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled International Education Specialist to join our team. This role involves guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad, providing personalized support, and ensuring high student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with English proficiency a must.
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key destinations.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
