The Role of the Requirement Manager encompasses multifaceted aspects of project management and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate requirements management for ADAS components on a scalable compute platform architecture.
  • Define and plan activities for various sensor projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders, experts, and suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage changes impacting development and integration of sensors or systems throughout the project and product lifecycle.
  • Provide comprehensive support for requirement management across multiple sensor types.
  • Responsible for one or more sensors as a key area of focus.
  • Experience in requirement management tools is essential.
  • Familiarity with ASPICE levels and compliance to the ASPICE process, including baseline, traceability, and horizontal/vertical traceability.
  • Active participation in project meetings, ensuring requirement alignment, issue resolution, and smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Support change management processes across the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI, dashboards, and visualizations is an added advantage.
